Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200g jaggery
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Cashew nuts for garnishing

Method:
- Heat the jaggery to dissolve it.
- Add coconut milk and set aside.
- Beat the eggs well.
- Add Cardamom, and the dissolve milk and jaggery mix well.
- Transfer it to a baking dish.
- Garnish with cashews.
- Steam at high flame for 1 hour.
- Serve it hot or cool.
