ملعقة صغيرة روزماري
ملعقة صغيرة زعتر بري
نصف ملعقة صغيرة بودرة ثوم
200 g جبن بارميسان مبشور

الطريقة

اخلطي الطحين مع جميع المقادير الجافة والأعشاب
في وعاء آخر اضربي بخلاط يدوي الزيت والحليب والبيض، ثم أضيفي الخليط إلى مزيج الطحين، وامزجي قليلا
ضعي الجبن وامزجي
اخبزي في فرن بحرارة 175 درجة سيليزية، لمدة 40 دقيقة
