Ingredients:
- 135 g all-purpose flour
- 113 g butter room temperature
- 1 whole egg room temperature
- 50 g white sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 g salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cup chocolate bar
- 1 cup roasted almonds crushed

Method:
- Mix the sugar & butter in bender for two minutes
- Add the egg and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes.
- Mix the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture.
- Add the chocolate and almonds.
- Scoop to about 16 cookies on a silicon mat.
- Bake in 190°C oven for 12 - 14 minutes.
