- 200 g جبن بارميسان مبشور
الطريقة
- اخلطي الطحين مع جميع المقادير الجافة والأعشاب
- في وعاء آخر اضربي بخلاط يدوي الزيت والحليب والبيض، ثم أضيفي الخليط إلى مزيج الطحين، وامزجي قليلا
- ضعي الجبن وامزجي
- اخبزي في فرن بحرارة 175 درجة سيليزية، لمدة 40 دقيقة
